BookNStyle lets adults book in-person beauty, grooming and massage appointments with independent professionals in New York.

Get help in the app

• Clients: tap the You tab, then Get help. You'll find answers to common questions and a Contact support form.
• Professionals: tap the You tab, then Help & support.
• A problem with a booking: open Bookings, find the appointment and tap Report a problem. You'll get a ticket number by email.

Report or block someone

• In a chat, tap ••• (top right) to report or block the person. To report a single message, press and hold it.
• On a professional's profile, tap ••• to report the profile or block them. Each review has a Report link, and you can press and hold a portfolio photo to report it.
• Blocked people can't message you or book with you. You can unblock them under You → Privacy & security → Blocked users.
• We review every report within 24 hours and remove content or accounts that break our Terms. If you're ever in danger, call 911 first.

Common questions

What does booking cost?

A $1.99 booking fee, shown before you pay, plus the professional's price for the service. Some professionals take a deposit or cash at the appointment; the booking screen shows which.

Can I change my appointment?

Yes. Each booking includes one free reschedule, from Bookings → Reschedule, up to the professional's reschedule cutoff.

How do I cancel?

Open Bookings and tap Cancel. If a late-cancellation fee applies under the professional's policy, the app tells you the amount before you confirm.

I'm a professional. How do I get paid?

Payouts go to your bank account through Stripe. Set it up in the app: You tab → Connect Stripe.

Delete your account

In the app: You tab → scroll to the bottom → Delete account. Full details, including what we keep and for how long, are on our account deletion page.
